Power Springs
Here at Ibex Marina Ropes, our Power Springs are renowned for controlled stretch, consistent recoil, and dependable energy absorption. These high-performance elastic assemblies offer a lightweight, flexible alternative to steel extension springs, ideal for dynamic load applications.
We provide Power Springs in a range of diameters and lengths from 100mm to 100m, Power Springs can be tailored to your exact specifications. Length tolerance is -/+ 1% or 5mm. Power Springs are specified in a similar way to a traditional steel extension spring, with a typical specification chart shown in the table.
A variety of stainless steel and aluminium end fittings come as standard, ensuring reliable performance and ease of installation. We can also fit customised end options to meet specific application demands.
Additionally, different fibre sheathing cover materials can be used to meet special requirements (such as compliance with British Standard 3F70:1991), or in scenarios that require particularly high performance.
